Opening | Annabel Tempest & Pablo Picasso: The Human Comedy

Join us at White Chapel Somerset to celebrate the opening of The Human Comedy, a new exhibition by Annabel Tempest, presented alongside lithographs by Pablo Picasso.

Through works on paper, ceramics, and large-scale compositions, Tempest reimagines the “human comedy” through the seasons as an unfolding cycle of narrative and gesture. Rooted in Somerset’s landscape and culture, her practice celebrates making as both communal and celebratory - transforming the everyday and the folkloric into vivid visual worlds.

Installed within White Chapel Somerset’s lived space, the exhibition opens the festive season with a reflection on creativity, community, and continuity.

We’ll be serving Chapel Cocktails throughout the afternoon - join us for drinks, conversation, and the launch of our winter exhibition season.
